Payment Policy: Payment for design courses
must be received seven (business) days prior
to the start of class. We accept all major credit
cards and checks drawn on U.S. banks. Company-issued
purchase orders in excess of US$500 are accepted.
Company POs must be paid before class begins.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund with
15-business day's prior notice; 50% refund with
10 business days notice. No refund will be given
with less than 10-business days notice. Substitutions
may be accepted. Reschedules may be requested
up to 10 days prior to class start date and
delayed up to 6 months from original enrollment
date. All courses are offered subject to a minimum
enrollment. If courses do not meet the minimum,
they will be cancelled or rescheduled. If Poe
Enterprises must cancel a course for any reason,
liability is limited to the paid registration
fee. Poe Enterprises is not responsible for
nonrefundable airline tickets, accommodation
expenses, or any cancellation fees. It is recommended
that you verify course status with Poe Enterprises
prior to making travel arrangements. Design
classes will not be held with fewer than 5 students. |
